Looking for headphones with perfect noise cancelling. Also it should be pretty comfortable to wear for hours next to PC and outside.

Thanks.

Whilst the elitist in me is screaming, I have to point something out - I very much doubt that the HD418 has 'perfect noise-cancelling'. You would be much better served with a pair of IEMs if that is a priority.

EDIT: Didn't read the noise cancelling part, but they still seem to be alright for the budget you have.

Perfect noise cancelling is mendatory, cuz i need those to listen music at nights without embarasing my room-mates.

Noise cancelling as in no outside sound in or no leakage of your music out? If you're looking for cancellation of outside noise, IEMs (In-Ear Monitors) would be your best bet, since they have the best isolation out of all headphones. But if you just don't want any sound to leak out, most closed headphones should do the trick. Also, I would recommend that you broaden your horizons and take a look at some other headphones that might fit your needs better. This thread would be a good place to start: http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/433318/shootout-69-portable-headphones-reviewed-bowers-wilkins-p5-sony-xb700-added-02-21
Or, if you decide to go with IEMs, here: http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/478568/multi-iem-review-150-iems-compared-jvc-ha-fx700-fad-fi-ba-ss-1964-t-added-02-27

Sorry, I need massive headphones, not IEMs.

And yes, i don't want to leak my music outside.

So have you taken a look at that review thread? It gives you a pretty comprehensive list of headphones that fit your parameters, and the rankings at the bottom give a pretty fair indication as to relative quality, and I think some of the ones you mentioned are included.
