Hey what's the best complete setup for about $300. Whether its just headphones or headphones with an amp and a dac or whatever. It will solely be a desktop setup so looks and portability aren't important. I mainly listen to rock (Foo Fighters, Grateful Dead, John Mayer) and lots of Jazz (Count Basie, Miles Davis, J.J. Johnson). Here are my priorities in order 1. Sound 2. Build Quality 3. Comfort. I using a 13 inch MacBook Air with mostly FLAC tracks. Thanks for any suggestions!!!
