Shipping to Canada is expensive as hell... lost the good tips on my M6's and its like $15 for new tips shipped, so I figured I'd rather just buy a new pair of headphones that can withstand some abuse.

Any ideas?

Could always buy some Sony Hybrids to fit on the m6. I know in the US that set you back around $8 and I imagine wouldn't be too hard for you to find in Canada.
 
Can't think of an IEM that I think would be better for gym use and take a better beating than a m6, that thing has some good strain relief and feels quite solid in my opinion. Not to mention include several good tips. Hopefully another forum member will be able to.

I was so happy when I finally tried the double flange tips that came iwth my m6's... nearly cried when I lost them

I also peeled off some of the rubber/black thing on the drivers by accident... will this affect sound quality?
