I personally ( and many others I know) find the 64s to be way better but many also claim for EE to be the ****, so it's hard to say what you will like.

You try the G1 yet? To me, it's much more spacious than the MAM fully in. Sounds amazing on that album, btw.

Both are very good but I prefer MAM yea G1 hits slightly harder but MAM is close and MAM maintains the open unveiled sound whereas G1 reminds me of the horrible S1. Here's a few more with a similar heavy sound that really makes the A12 sing

I don't like the build. It's springy. I like the build of my plussound exo and ea thor silver ii better. But it made me keep the u12, because the sq improved with 4.4mm connector. I almost return my u12. Now im really enjoying it

It probably would have been premature to return your U12 without the Ref 8 as in my experience it was one of the most difficult IEM for me to adjust to(brain burn-in).  I was asking about the cable because I need to return mine because of a braiding issue. Until I resolve it I don't want to go into it in public.

What's wrong with your cable ? Mine is just springy.

You have Apex right? I've heard the Apex variant isn't tuned as heavy as the ADEL version. I can't verify though because I haven't heard it, not saying it's inferior either-just that it might be different.

I would doubt that rumour. Honestly, I think apex was just what 64 scraped together to get away from Adel.

I have ADEL G1. It's been great. I also like how you don't get the floppy membrane occolusion affect as often.

Pure silver balanced is the second biggest improvement in sound I've heard. Couldn't honestly ask for more from my current set up. I no longer browse b/s forums so that's a good sign to me.

I think it depends on what sound signature do you like. I have tried both before, and I prefer the 64Audio (A6) sound signature.

If your talking about the bass to me the APEX has tighter more accurate bass.  I have both. B1, G1, A20, A15.  The A15 is my favorite.  I never received the MAM's I ordered so I can't compare them.

The apex module m20 sound better than Adel b1 and s1. However my ears get tired and fatigued in 30 minutes. I don't get that with Adel. With Adel I can listen for long hours without any fatigue.

I've mam, b1 and s1 Adel modules.

Looking forward to hearing Apex myself, my A18 should be in this month. I don't foresee any pressure related issues because I just reviewed the Custom Art 8.2's and they have neither ADEL nor Apex and I was fine.

My Apex M15 arrived...Need to do some critical listening and comparison to the Adel B1. Does anyone like the M20 more than the M15? It was fairly unanimous the B1 was preferred to the S1.
