The demon bum scene in Mulholland Dr. Holy crap!

Gets me every time and I still think about it often.

YES! that scene got me good, and its even worse when you watch it again, cause you know its coming but you watch anyway. The Mystery Man on Lost Highway (also directed by David Lynch) gave me the same reaction. Before reading that I was going to say the movie Oldboy made me say that a few times haha..

As we have mentioned Lynch, the last episode of Twin Peaks is full of holyskitness.

I also thought of that final "chase" of Mulholland Dr. Diane sees those hallucinations...

The Japanese version of "Ring". Where the freaky ghost crawls out of the TV I couldn't even say s**t. I was too scared.

The eye-gouging part in 28 Days Later.

And the equally disgusting, but much more brutal and bloody eye gouging part in 28 Weeks Later. That whole scene has my looking away, yelling obscenities.

POLTERGEIST - The guy ripping his face off
BOUND - fingers and garden shears
THE MATRIX - the lobby scene
HARD BOILED - most of the freaking movie, but especially the hospital gun fight.
DEADWOOD - a TV show, but speaking of eye gouging...

P.S.
For all you folks talking about the "first five/ten minutes" of SAVING PRIVATE RYAN - unless you thought the old guy visiting France with his family was real intense, you're not talking about the first five or ten minutes.

Excellent pick!

Saw ending scene (when the great truth is realised).

Last scene of Memento is absolutely amazing (if you understand it the first time you see it).

Gotta agree with the american history X scene.

Yeah, frank is a scary mofo. Speaking of which, the montage at the end of Donnie Darko, with Gary Jule's "Mad World", was another "holy ****" moment, but in a much different way. Very emotional ending.
