1/8" to 1/4" adapter, AKG/Beyer style, threaded on the inside?

 Any one know where to get these?  Lot's on eBay, but I can't ever tell if they are threaded on the inside.
 
1/8" from the headphone jack to the amp at 1/4".  Like this one, but the left female end has to be threaded:

HERE is one for shure headphones but i would imagine it would work for any other screw on 1/8" plug.
And you can probably find it cheaper at other stores.

Sony has it on their Pro headphones so perhaps you can order through their Pro site.
