Yeah KZ ATE I got the other day. It surprised me with how good it sounds. Very easy sound to listen to

Just the basic ATE. Got it for $14 on Amazon. It's my first KZ and it won't be seeing too much action so it should last a while

Submitted for your consideration, the KZ ZS3.

Just got mine yesterday. Seems worthy of consideration indeed! Guess in a couple of days I'll be reviewing my top five of superbudget IEMs...
Also got the VJJB K4 and I'm liking it very much!

I'm looking forward to those reviews and comparisons. I've got the dual driver KZ DT5, which I really like. From what I'm hearing, the ZS3 really stands out from the rest of the KZ line.

I found a cheap earphone T515 for ~24 dollars. Never heard it before nor saw it on head-fi. But the sound is quite good. Unlike most cheap bass-heavy earphones, this one has a balanced sound signature. I think only one seller on aliexpress has it.  And the look is really ugly.

My original push/vote would have been ED9's however they have finally been upended by the ZS3

DT5's only count if yours have the Chinese characters in the gold

Compare those with the ZS3, if you don't mind. And in English, please. haha

Sorry Kip, it was a joke and with only 32 post and less than three months you were not around when we had the discussion of KZ dropping the Chinese Characters on the DT5's. It was the only reason I bought them were for their looks

There are much better iem's in the KZ line up

My current ranking or top 3 KZ's are ZS3, ED9 and HDS1 but the new ATR's are flirting. I have the original translucent ATE's but they have already been over taken by the "R"

Why yes, yes I do

So the ATR is more lively and up front in it's presentation where as (at least for me) the HDS1 is a more mellow (not to be confused with what some call veiled) laid back presentation. To me the ATR sounds more powerful but I guess that will depend on your ears and device you media comes out of. I think I stated it before I feel the ATR is a refined version of all the ATE's
