I should make okonomiyaki sometime.
Next thing I'm gonna make is pho ga though. Usually when I make noodle soup I just use a cheap broth from stop cubes or powder, but sometimes I like to go all out and make a proper broth. Tastes so much better.

Also I made katsudon yesterday. The tonkatsu tasted much better than I expected. So tender.

Hm, the Ultrasone test disc has a really nice percussion recording; not quite as nice as the LessLoss one, but it's recorded in a nice venue similar to Chesky Records' drum solo track (which was recorded in a church). There's also a song on there that sounds similar to this, oddly enough:

It really is a mess. Even just eating it is a mess, but if it's well-prepared, it's absolutely delicious. I had a terribad one in Hawaii and they used way too many bonito flakes; it made the whole thing taste fishy and gross.

Sabre and Cirrus Logic are tearing me apart. I love them too much. 
 
I heard some top line Sabre stuff thanks to Matrix but now Cambridge's little thingy carries the Sabre as well.

I never really liked Cirrus Logic's DACs. Sabre is the new Wolfson of today's era. XD
