Yeah, honestly it was a good overall anime. I really enjoyed the change in pace from the usual magic girl/loli/hentai/high school dating stuff.

Traditionally, the sheng has been used as an accompaniment instrument for solo suona or dizi performances.

Huh. I like the dizi, but I've never heard of this instrument before.

I see that blond is the color of choice when dying one's hair... might as well go all the way to white 

 Oh the good old days of swimming... chlorine would bleach my hair making it black to red/brown to light brown/blond to white. If you're gonna bother changing hair color, might as well exercise while doing it

Except swimming is boring as hell. It is boring enough when you do it yourself, it is just unbearable when you are watching it.
 
I don't really get sports anime or shows. Especially since I have been swimming competitively for such a long time, it is just odd.
