The leads are sorta on the underside of the driver unit (circular part being held...? by the rectangular metallic pieces)

The cups are already kinda cracking, can't force it open.

Oh man that looks tough.

If I were you, I'd reflow the joints already there, and see if you get continuity by checking with a multimeter.

If that doesn't work, the break is somewhere along the cable, it's probably at the strain relief. But there's a chance it could be further along the cable, so I'd cut the cable say 10cm down from the earcups and check continuity, then solder a new cable in.

If the break is at the relief and you can't take it apart...well...you'll have to get creative.

You mean it's all HQ jazz + classical around summit-fi? xP
Don't think any other of us here has summit-fi gear per say.
Well, Rik and kiteki maybe. And GL1TCH3D.

Me? Summit-fi? Not really. That is, as long as the Beta22 remains unfinished (haven't touched it in weeks).

omy gosh....

From reddit anime thread

but read the board.

I feel neglected.

I posted a screenshot of the exact same things a few weeks back, but you seem to have forgotten.

One step further in the calculator!

This here is a component that manipulates an input 8-bit sting by shifting in one bit 7 consecutive times and storing the result each time.

So if I put 1010 0010 on the input it will output:

0000 0000 1010 0010
0000 0001 0100 0100
0000 0010 1000 1000
etc.

I will then select which one of those to add up using a second number, which is essentially the same as multiplication.

So all I have to do is make the addition module now.
