friend pointing at some tree, saying the flowers are really pretty, and asking if I know what type of tree it is?
me: oh that, it's a sakura tree.
friend: what?
me: what?

The guitar moves are amazing, for a moment I thought it was Yngwie J Malmsteen(don't confuse him with all the other Yngwie Malmsteen in the business)

Finally bought a new cable for my Mi Headphones. It has volume controls and an inline remote that’s actually positioned properly and won’t get caught on my keyboard tray!

Yep. It stumbles a little in the early episodes but has hit a good arc now.
I've caught up, and agreed. While the pacing in the beginning was a bit iffy, the overall feel isn't out of place for TenSura.
Did someone say Sentucky fried chicken?

My local KFC is somehow able to consistently get online orders wrong and cannot keep up with their own 9 pieces for $9.95, and as a result frequently undercooks their chicken.

Well I've finally upgraded to the iPad Air 4...a 6 year upgrade to the Air 2. SoC performance is something like 4x faster, and surprisingly the extra inch of screen size is quite noticeable.

I also got a new "desktop", the HP 800 G2 (Skylake era and for free too!). It's one of those kawaii tiny PCs like the Intel NUC or Mac Mini. Ahhh idle power is down to the ~12W range. My old 3770K + 1070 machine consumed 80W idle!

This change alone should save something like $50 per year in power, which is quite significant IMO especially because I'll only fire up the gaming rig a couple hours per week if that. It kind of annoys me that the latest gen stuff still idles quite high. It's not so much the actual CPU it's all the chipsets on the motherboard + dGPU. Apparently a modern DIY gaming system idles in the ~60W range.

Man much like the recent craze of "remastering" old games, we're finally getting sequels to older shows huh?

I am keen to see what the late March Apple event brings. Rumour has it, a mini LED iPad is on the way!

@TenSura S2 ep9: well that was a total non-episode
