Which one is better? 

Do all optical outputs output up to 24/192? Do all optical/toslink/spdif (What is the difference) carry up to 24/192 as well?   Just trying to decide if I should get a external DAC or continue using my sound card DAC.

I first disabled integrated audio from my PC through the bios and trying to get asio to work for the Schiit Modi but ASIO4ALL says that it is idle/unavailable?   It works fine without ASIO?
