weird question, bose sport earbud vs quietcomfort 1 for running and gym use?

i know one literally has "sport" in its name, but the QC is usually double the price of the sport one. but in my country, they are practically the same price. so if i buy the spot, i feel like i am making the worse purchase. has anyone tried to run or go to the gym with a pair of QC 1?

    Bose Sport Earbuds

I've been using for the last four years the Soundsport Wireless, and then the Soundsport Frees; the first earned my loyalty thanks to their durability and fairly neutral, open sound signature with a really good handle of timbre -- the latter reinforced it thanks to their even cleaner...

Road running - wireless headphones, not in-ear which still allow situational awareness

I enjoy running around the country roads near where I live, I also listen to music on headphones, its important for me as a way to escape / relax. I am aware this is a bit of safety issue, particularly as the headphones I am using (Sony 1000XM3) are noise cancelling and over-ear - I recognise...

Wireless earbuds for running (Bose Soundsport Free alternative)

Hi! I've been searching for wireless earbuds for running and I have tried a few of the usual recommendations at the store. Almost all of them form a tight seal which makes a thumping sound on every step. So far, I found that the only pair that doesn't do this is the Bose Soundsport Free. I'm...

Purchase advice in Japan. Good sound+good fit+decent connectivity for running.

Hi, I live in Japan where some popular earphones are either unavailable or more expensive. A few weeks ago, I bought the creative outlier air from amazon and was amazed by the sound. However, the fit is sometimes iffy due to the original eartips (one size only) and the connection is very poor, a...

Any suggestion for bluetooth in-ear for running and calling?

Hello everybody, I am looking for a good pair of Bluetooth earphones, not necessarily true wireless. They must be comfortable enough for running and with a decent quality mic. Let's say the person on the other side should have a comfortable call. Now I've got a pair of anker soundcore spirit...

Best IEM < $20 with microphone for running in 2017?

Mic needn't be good, I just need to be able to change tracks on android. Not bothered by microphonics, my current Panasonic RP-HJE125 are fine. Mostly for thumping electronic music  Plus if they're somewhat tangle free. Real hard to find what's good among thousands of fake reviews...

Alternative to MPOW Cheetah? (Inexpensive, Bluetooth, waterproof, pressure to stay in-ear)

Hi there, I ordered MPOW Cheetahs back in me and have been using them since then. They're the best running headphones I've ever had as they provide pressure to keep the headphones in the ear based on the design. They're comfortable enough, sound good enough, and there's no cord. Unfortunately...

    Running IEM/Wireless

Hi to all, As this forum has served very well for me over the years with recommendations I turn to your knowledge again in regards to IEM that are wireless that are good for running. Price really isn't that big of a deal, but wouldn't want to splurge too much. Jaybird X3 seems to be very well...
