Cleer ARC ear free headphones

Headphones and Coffee

Previously known as Wretched Stare
Very Open and pleasant
Pros: Fully open listening experience, lightweight and comfortable. Solid connection. Microphone decent and clear. Touch controls work great. Cleer app, big driver and 7Hrs of playback
Cons: Open means people can hear your music, a little hard to get a good fit with glasses and long hair.

Opening the box one finds a nice cloth covered charging case it is equipped with a USB-A charging cable, it is attached and care should be taken when putting back. The units themselves are well made of solid materials yet are light.
Use is very easy just put the hook around one's ear and you are all set no messing around with tips or insertion. Bluetooth 5.0 with SBC/ Adaptive for a stable connection. The Cleer ARC has a battery life of 7 hours, and the speaker unit is a 16.2mm Graphene dynamic driver unit that unlike most bone conduction has a bass presence.

Sound:
I have used several sport type buds many times we talk about the lack there of bass, these ARC will not please bass loving fans but it is more present here and definitely has some minor impact, bass is super clean and detailed, mids are forward and have rich and warm appeal with treble being open and airy but never harsh. Obviously soundstage is wide accurate and overall these surprised me with a pleasant yet detailed performance. Open sport are great for what they are intended for and the Cleer ARC is one of the better sounding options I've heard so far.

I just received my Arc today and must say that I am very pleased with the build quality, comfort and sound of these unique phones. SQ exceeded my expectations. They, by far, sound superior to the open bone-conductor phones I recently tried. I heartily recommend them for listening while on the go with no compromise in spatial awareness!
