Pros: Great Price, Great sound quality, Great Value.
Cons: Almost the same as Xiaomi Piston (Not a bad thing, but if you already have one, you don't need this)
WHY THESE?

The kind people on iBuyGou (www.ibuygou.com) kindly offered me a pair of Xiaomi-like headphones to review here, as I actively have been using my Pistons the last year, and as these are almost the same headphones.

They probably figured that a lot of the people here would enjoy the headphones as much as I, because it is almost exactly the same headphones as the Xiaomi Pistons, only a bit more "Girly" if you like.

MANUFACTURER?

The manufacturer of this product is Xiaomi. Apparently, 1More Design is the OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer, meaning that they actually provide the product o them. Duomi Music, which is labeled at the top of the round headphone-holder, is Xiaomi's music streaming service, which only is available inside of China.

The headphones came shipped in a black, design box made by 1More Design. It resembles the standard Pistons packing but there is a difference. On the top of the box it says "Your Fashion Your Sparkle", kinda making you think that this model is more about fashion than about music. But hey, it is almost the same sound as the Xiaomi Pistons.

This particular version of the headphone is a Silver one, and the backside of the headphone is disguised in some sort of diamond-like material. The remote control is exactly the same as the Xiaomi Pistons one, meaning that the buttons are a bit hard to "feel". To summarize the look and feel of this headphone;

It is almost exactly like the Pistons, but if you want to have another design, a slightly "girlier" one, this is absolutely the one for you. If you are into, what they call fashion, then yes. Absolutely.

There are extra tips in the packing as well.

SOUND QUALITY:

Many of you have tried the Xiaomi Pistons, and as I've mentioned several times in this review, the sound is almost exactly the same. If you could go any direction, I would probably say that it is a little worse than the Pistons, but not at all much. Also, that is my personal preference, I do believe that many of you would think other. But still, the sound quality is extremely pleasing, and for the price, they are a real steal.

SUMMARY:

I have had the headphones for a while now, and I have really been enjoying them. Clean, crisp and great sound. Wide soundstage and in general extremely good headphones. The thing is this; I don't like the design. I'm not the guy wearing diamonds and such, and therefore, I'm going to stick to the Xiaomi Pistons. However, they really are a steal for that price, and if you thinking about buying them, do so, you won't be let down at all. Or do as I, give them to your girlfriend, or mother, or sister, brother or friend or anyone who might like the diamond design.

If you are thinking about buying one, the cheapest place is ibuygou, and I strongly recommend them. Fast shipping, great service and they are actually the only placing selling these headphones for one.

Hope this review was helpful in anyway, and have a nice day!

That's what it says in the link anyway and I couldn't find any infor linking them together. This is indeed the 1more version. The Xiaomi rose carmine version has a Xiaomi packaging (http://www.mi.com/huosai/roseCarmine/).

Just a great review. It made me think a lot about the opportunities we all have in life, and how we choose to act on them. You really should start writing poems. About earphones.

Pros: Everything; design, sound, box, tangle free cord, smells like chocolate.
Cons: If something; the comfort. Probably due to my tiny experience with in-ear.
Okay, a great review from thatbeatsguy convinced me to buy these headphones, and I don't regret that I did. I received them earlier today and been playing different kind of music since.
This is going to be a short review, just to confirm that the earlier reviews are absolutely correct. The headphones are amazing. The sound is extremely clean and crisp, you are easily able to distinguish the different instruments and vocals. The bas is great and the sound level is pleasing. A big plus is the chocolate, or coco, smell on the headphones. Don't know why or how, but it smells good! The box is packed by a design company, which has resulted in a good looking, simple box. The cord is tangle free and it works to play and pause on the control. Unfortunately iPhone users, like myself, can't change the volume on it. I'm not used to in-ear phones, so I don't think they are too comfortable. But hey, so is every other in-ear phone for me. Don't blame the headphones.

The sum it up:
They are the best budget headphones, or even normal in-ear phones, I've ever tried. (I haven't tried so many, but still). The sound quality is amazing, the price is even more amazing. If you are able to; BUY THEM!!

And yeah, this might sound a bit one-sided, but I'm not kidding, the headphones are amazing.

Thanks.

I ordered mine directly from Xiaomi World and they arrived yesterday after a pretty standard 3 week wait.

Straight out of the box, I got that lovely chocolatey smell.
I plugged them into my iPhone 5 for a quick listen and noticed an immediate improvement in all respects over my Vsonic R02 PIIs.

This model Vsonic was regarded as a benchmark product until fairly recently and purchased locally in Australia, cost AU$99.00.
The Pistons cost me AU$32.00 shipped!

The Xiaomis are more extended in the top end, much fatter in the bass, and much more transparent sounding in the mid and upper mids.
While the treble more prominent compared to the Vsonics, it is clean and precise and far from harsh and fatiguing.
Bass is very deep and powerful. It's also more defined and I can hear textures now rather than just tones.
The mid lends the stage a much more layered presentation and an improved sence of exactly where performers are located relative to each other.

The stage now really fills my head and the whole listening experience is more intense and involving.

These are a very revealing phone and I am really enjoying hearing so much more of the recording.

They only have about 4 hours on them now but they're already running in nicely and gaining in musicality (the top is smoothing out a touch more).

And to think I was looking at Martin Logan Micros 70s or products from Monster for 10x the price.

Not any more.

Pros: Sound quality, Price, Solid Built.
Cons: Highs
Ok, this is my first review and I'm going to try to make this as simple as possible and keep it short. About a week ago, I received this pair of headphones. I've read some extremely good feedback on other sites and I though, why not? I managed to get a pair online that were on sale (0.7 dollars cheaper, how good is that?!). I received them last week, so I've been able to test them for a while, and this is my conclusion:

Box:

(I would love to put a picture right here, but apparently my account doesn't have permission to do so?)

The packing was very good, not only from the seller, but also from Awei. It included the headphones, 3 different size pairs of ear tips (including the one that's already on), a clip on and a small bag. Pretty good for 9 dollars. I can also mention that the quality of the accessories were good.

Headphones:

(It should be a picture here too, do you see the pattern?)

My English is not describe-the-headphones-from-china-with-a-bit-odd-design good, so I unfortunately have to skip that. Sorry.

The headphones feel very solid. I'm no material master, and the headphones are most likely made in plastic, but they actually don't feel like that. The material feels a bit cold and is not at all easily bent like plastic. It feels like some sort of metal. But then again, I don't know anything about that. The cable is flat and does not tangle easy at all, and when it does, it's very easy to make it straight again. Big plus.

Comfort:

These are my first in-ear headphones, so of course they feel a bit uncomfortable in my ears. But I guess that's something that every other in-ear would do too, so nothing to complain about in here.

Sound Quality:

(Pretend that there are really good looking headphones here)

And now to the important part, the sound quality. All feedback a read before the purchase actually had a point. The sound quality of these headphones were extremely good for that price. But first, lets get rid of the one con I could find about the sound: I feel like the highs are not to good, or, they are not as good as the mids and lows. It could be disturbing, but easily overlooked with that price.

The sound of the headphones is very high. I usually play my music around the volume 50-70% with my Apple earbuds on my iPhone, but with these phones, I'll settle with 30-40%.  I don't see this as a problem at all, I actually think it's better. The sound quality is very pleasing. I can differ all the different instruments and it is just a very clear sound. The lack of highs does not at all bother me when the lows and mids are so good. And yes, they are actually so good. It was a surprise to me, but it's true. They could be compared with some of the more expensive headphones in the mid-low area.

Conclussion:

I'm very happy with the purchase of these headphones. They are a real bargain. I'll probably use them for a while, either until they break, or until a but a new pair. The sound quality is very good for the price and I really recommend them to others. And once again, sorry for the no-pictures problem..

I bought some of their ear tips on eBay for, get this, $0.06 cdn. I like the tips (though there are much better ones out there but not at that price), so I'll definitely try these suckers out in the future. Also, you probably can't post pictures because your new here and haven't made enough posts. I had the same problem.
