MX500 Replacement?
The right channel on my Senn. MX500s went out the other day, so I'm looking for some good earbuds to replace them. They don't necessarily have to be as cheap as the the MX500s, but I'm not looking to spend more than $50-60 on these either. Also, I'd like in-line volume control, like the MX500s...- jack963

Small Portable Amp
Hi, Sorry for such a dumb question, in my opinion, but I was browsing the amplifier discussion forums a few (2-3) weeks ago and stumbled across a new, incredibly small headphone amp, and now I can't remember what it's called. That's really all that I remember about it - it was new, very...- jack963

Hi, I currently have a Toshiba Gigabeat S60 and an IBM computer running Vista. I am thinking of getting a Mac soon, and the Gigabeat isn't compatible with Mac OS. Question for Gigabeat S Owners
I have a question about tags on the Gigabeat S. If you had The Beatles tagged as "The Beatles" (rather than "Beatles, The"), would they show up under T or B when browsing by artist? This is one thing that really bothers me about the Vision:M, and I'd really rather not retag all my artsists that...- jack963

Weird Thing With Videos on ZVM
Hey, I got a ZVM recently, and I've been using iRiverter as a quick and easy way to get DVD's onto my player. So far, I've ripped 3 different discs to .avi format. 2 out of the 3 are acting goofy. When I load them onto the player, the first time I turn on the player, they are fine. But if I turn...- jack963

Hey, I'm trying to convert DVD's to files for my Vision:M. The first one I tried was widescreen. I selected the option in the options menu that makes widescreen movies fullscreen (can't remember the name of the function), but after it was encoded and I put it on the player, it was still...- jack963

Vision:M Tags
Is there a way to get an artist with the tag "A Dozen Furies" to show up under the D's, rather than the A's, in the Vision:M's music library? I looked for some sort of setting in the menu but had no success, did I miss something? Or perhaps there is a new firmware out? Thanks a lot.- jack963

Tagging Album Art
I'e never messed with album art, and never even really thought about how to do this on a player, but it came to my attention that it is through tagging that you get album art associated with a file. Makes sense, but I had never really thought about it. Could somebody point me in the direction of...- jack963

Help me in finding a new player!
Hey, I currently have an iRiver h340, and I'm happy with it, but I am one that is not content with a single player for long, so I am looking for a new high capacity player (at least 30 GB). Ogg -> MP3
So when I got my first MP3 (digital audio) player, the Rio Karma, it was one of the few (if not the only...???) that played ogg files. I decided to rip my entire music collection to 160 kbps .ogg files. I have an iRiver H340 now, but I am thinking of selling it soon and getting a new player (X5...- jack963
