Thanks guys. Usage is not an issue as I mean to sell the AKGs. These would be my primary headphones for music, movies and podcasts.   I do hope the bass isn't too strong that? 

Guys, these have been reduced to 130 euros at my local e-tailer. Are they worth the money? I want a decent Bluetooth headphone that I can use with my PC, phone and tablet.   I currently own an AKG 240 MK II but the cable frustrates me sooo much... 130 is really the top end of what I can affort...

$40 ?! On top of the price of the R+ or R+ Legend. I'd rather buy the Sony MDR-XB950BT instead. Aptx without any hassle. 

Did you by any chance get an estimated release date? I'd rather wait on this new version than buy the old R+ one.   The V is the replacement for the R+, right? Struggling to work out their model line.   EDIT: Contacted Bluedio on gdliwei.com email address. They said there's no release date...

Thanks for that! I researched head-fi using google and found more 240 MK II topics. I used the "Post only" instead of the "Entire site" option, which is why I got so few results using the Advanced search.   I'm fairly sure, I'm going to go for the 240's MK II. At 125€ they seem like good phones.

Is this how you're supposed to wear these phones? I've had a few In-Ear headphones but I always wear them with the cable facing down. Is there a reason for wearing them like this?
