Are hp stands necessary?
it keeps them a little cleaner, saves desk/table space, and puts them on display -
PC Audiophiles - onboard versus purchased sound card
not an audiophile, but from personal experience I'd say its negligible unless you're using headphones -

Ouch - The most painful thing you've experienced
Cutting the last 1/2" of my ring finger off with a table saw.... tried to push in wood to cut from the wrong side of the spinning blade and it grabbed the wood, pulled it forward, with my hand on the wood. Finger Injury- kelesh7
