@crinacle Are you sure that qdc 8SL has a of tone grade of S and a Technical Grade of S+, which is significantly better than 8ss and 8sh. Also, are there any difference in terms of sound quality between the universal sample and the custom sample (8CL)?

Hard to find any review on QDC 8SL, are they really worth the top ranking on crinacle's site?
