Hi, A few months ago i paid a guy on reddit to do a detachable cable mod on my DT990 Pro's 250 OHM. He put a 3.5mm jack on the earcup. The cable he used just broke yesterday and now i only have sound in one ear. What type of cable should i look for if i am using a Schiit Magni 2 amp

i just wanted my music louder, the dt 990 is quiet compared to the ath m50's i was using. eventually i think i will get a dac too.

I dont h ave a multimeter but the guy i bought it from on ebay is offering me a refund. it might have been handled too roughly by the post office/mailman? dont think he would sell me a broken amp & offer me my money back
