Brand new - Zishan Z2 DSD Player- AK 4490 - Link to order, Firmware update. page 1
Hi - thanks for the suggestion, however I’ve tried that a few times by holding down ‘previous’ when powering on. There might be another method I’m not aware of though?- angoraBedsocks

Foam pad on ears vs full size over ear phones
Oops - I should also say I definitely realise I am missing out on deep bass, but feel the KSC75s have enough punch for rock and jazz which is what I mainly listen to. Thinking about it more, I wonder why there aren’t more headphones out there like the Porta Pro and KSC75 that offer good on ear...- angoraBedsocks

Foam pad on ears vs full size over ear phones
Hi all, I know that it’s important for over ear headphones to get a good seal to maximise sound quality and full frequency response. I’ve had several pairs of AKG K550s and always struggled to get a consistent seal meaning poor bass. Yet my Koss KSC75s appear to work fabulous and consistently...- angoraBedsocks

Does anyone know how to add custom EQs to the z2? Even if you remove the standard 180 EQs from the memory card, they’re still available on the player which confused me! I have created an EQ for Porta Pro in correct format and added to memory card but have no way of knowing if I have it selected...- angoraBedsocks

JVC HA-S160 / Portable On Ear Auto EQ Question
Hi folks, Long-time lurker here. Because of Head-Fi I've been on a journey of headphone experimentation and it's been a lot of fun! I've tried K701s, DT770s, various models of Superlux, the JVC HA-S500s, Sony 7506s, K612s, KSC75s and Porta Pros, Grados and more. I bought a Walnut V2, a...- angoraBedsocks

Walnut Hi-Fi V2 WAV (& MP3) Player by wt - :ok_hand: screenless budget killer combo DAP/Amp :ok_hand:
Is anyone interested in buying my Walnut v2? I've been really impressed with it, but now have a new obsession of modding ancient iPods so I'm not using it anymore. It's in perfect condition and just run in. If you live near Stafford, UK I'm happy for collection in person, or I can pop...- angoraBedsocks

Benjie Offical Thread
Well the Benjie arrived today, or rather the AGPTek m20. Really pleased with it, excellent build and sound, particularly with rock and jazz eq settings. Can't do direct comparison with my X2 as it's dead, but I would say the X2 is actually the more punchy, perhaps by 15 to 20 percent with...- angoraBedsocks

Benjie Offical Thread
Thanks Groucho I did order a Walnut a few weeks ago but it's on a slow boat from China and I need something I can get delivered quickly. Benjie ticks a lot of boxes however I'm a little worried it could struggle with 80 ohm full size cans!- angoraBedsocks

Benjie Offical Thread
My Xduoo X2 just died on me. Please could someone recommend me a replacement that's beefy enough to drive Beyer Dt770 80ohm? Benjie looks nice but not sure it's powerful enough. All I'm bothered about is power, sound quality and under £100 if possible. Thanks in advance.- angoraBedsocks
