If it's only USB powered it does not exists. I already tried the most powerful dongles on the market (like e1da 9038s) and they are not enough, you need something that is battery powered.

As an owner of the SP400 paired with Focal Utopia you really got a point. Smooth controlled and fast are perfect to describe it. Soundstage, instrument positioning and layering are WELL ABOVE its price point imo.
