best headphone for 90$
Try the CAD MH510 aka THE SESSIONS. they are excellent cans. they are better than the M40X and are on par with the M50X. They only differences I'd say between the CAD MH510 (The Sessions) vs the Audio Technica's ATH-M50x is this... M50X has lack of balanced mids because of V/U shape curve...- InternPrimas

CAD Audio MH510 (The Sessions)
They reproduce audible low as 15 Hz all the way up to 18 kHz. And this is without burn in. They do hit as low as 1 Hz but it's mainly just air energy. I'd say the best reproduction is as low as 15 Hz and up to 18 kHz. I feel the sound signature is about neutral and subtle warm. It reproduces...- InternPrimas

Sennheiser HD429s still good?
m40x is better. (detatchable cable, easy to replace ear pads) - while the Sennheiser 429's aren't bad but the cable is gonna wear out. so are the ear pads.- InternPrimas

Headphones better than HD280's at $100?
The CAD MH510's are basically a rebrand of those Numark Electrowaves. Because InMusicBrands or whatever owns the companies (AKAI, M-AUDIO, NUMARK, ETC).- InternPrimas

Sony MDR-V6 Counterfeit comparison thread w/ Pics
This freaks me out I was going to buy some Sony MDRV6's off Amazon and now I am worried I might get a fake with poor audio quality. I remember when I first got a legitimate Sennheiser HD280 Pro lasted me years till the cabling finally had a short. Anyways. I really wanna get a decent pair of...- InternPrimas

best headphone for 90$
CAD MH510 used is around $50~$60 bucks and has great lows, mids, while highs are there just relaxed a bit. it's basically a bassier version of an m40x/m50x with less sizzle. Also another option would be the SuperLux 631 DJ headphones which as excellent lows, and clear treble similiar to an M40X...- InternPrimas

The Hardest hitting Headphones are.. ( "The EXTREME BASS Club")
Those "Black Death" are basically the CAD MH510's in America by CAD Audio. Interesting the low end is strong emphasis while the highs are clearish. it's an interesting 50mm pair of cans. Almost equal to the 50X but with more bass. and a bit lower in the high end but the high end is there.- InternPrimas

Sony MDR7506 vs Bose vs Audio Technica ATHM40FS
I just don't like that hard peak in the highs, it's great for analytical stuff though, but I find the Sony MDR7506 overtly brighter than the Sony MDRV6's. After all the MDRV6 and MDR7506 were made for "mixing/editing". Because of their "almost flat eq". But you can tell that sony tuned the...- InternPrimas

Cheap, Bassy Over-ear Headphones for 20$?
Well these aren't $20 you could get the sony XB400's maybe you can get em for $30 ? or cheaper. they do give nice bass and it's controlled but boomy. the only downsides is the veiled treble (mids and highs suffer a bit). And the earpads don't come off and are permanently glued and they are...- InternPrimas

Review by 'InternPrimas' on item 'Sony MDRXB400/BLU Extra Bass Over The Head 30 mm Driver Headphone, Blue'
What can I say the bass is nice on this after all it's in the XB series. It is somewhat well controlled. I did notice with stronger bass music it tends to hit almost distortion levels. The treble does exist on this but I feel like the sound signature is goofy due to the earpads. It gives off...- InternPrimas

Review by 'InternPrimas' on item 'Noontec ZORO II HD Headphone'
Disclaimer: I haven't burnt these headphones in, this is a fresh brand new pair I am using. Yet they didn't really go in depth with the sound signature claiming...- InternPrimas

ZORO II HD Impressions thread: Zoro Re-Imagined
I feel the lows and highs are balanced to neutral while the mids have sort of a small hump and somewhere between mid and high frequencies there is a peak. The lows are extended but not as punchy and boomy as I'd like. Not talking about muddiness. I feel they could have enhanced the lows...- InternPrimas
