Kira is definitely cleaner and more detailed oriented. Great sparkly treble and clean highs, though bass is lacking at times. The Sho DD is warmer, great bass and nice quick bass slam (less on decay /rumbling). Better Soundstage than Kira too

I have the Halloween version of Sho DD, and definitely enjoy the great sub bass and it's warm signature without losing details. Haven't tried Go though though I have the Kira. I have the Miyabi coming soon too

I think u can use a tiny bit of Brasso or even toothpaste to polish it. If you are gentle it shouldn't cause any pitting

Thanks, that is what I thought as well. The resolution, clarity and soundstage (wideness and depth) still stuck to me after auditioning it half a year back. The only one that kinda come close is the Empire Ears ESR MkII, which has EST too. Now just looking for one of the OG MEST for cheap.
