Yes, that's why HPA-4BL has an optical in. Coxial and optical are basically the same, so you don't need an extra convertor. The cable you mentionted is gonna works. make sure to select the proper input on HPA-4BL.

I jst received the HPA-4Bl and confirm that it's the cleanest dac/amp I tried with Shure SE846. No noise floor, no EMI interference, no nothing.
