The only headphones I use are a pair of jaybirds at the gym. The speakers are JBL305s and a JBL LSR310S sub. Where I used to feel I would hit distortion. Doesn't seem to be the case anymore. This is what I mean by clarity in the bass.

Just picked up the Modi Multibit. The differences between it and the Uber are pretty subtle. Anyone who says otherwise is likely full of schitt. Where I notice it most is in the bass. It seems to be clearer with less distortion. If the bimbi sounds remotely similar it's definitely not worth...

Deciding between the Freya and the Saga. If going with the Freya does it only make sense if my source is balanced eg Gungnir DAC.

I know for a fact you can do it as the amp provides line outs that are adjustable via the volume control.  What I am asking is if there is any benefit in doing it with the amp or the sys.

Is there any benefit in using the Magni 2 Uber with Powered Speakers over a simple Schiit Sys?  I have no use for the headphone portion but am wondering if the preamp aspect is any different.

If you measured a 4490 Bifrost and superimposed the charts on top of this, would it look any different?

Probably a silly question but between the M8 and something like the Schiit Modi Uber or Bitfrost what can I expect?  I am using JBL 305's for now, but would likely expand this to something else later e.g. JBL 530's.
