Have you tried to "Switch/turn" them forward or a bit backwards so the IEM's have a better fit against your ear zerolight?

Is it me or do the sound tune of Angie II remind a lot of Sonus Faber Aria. Same smooth mid centric pleasure with a lot of detail?

Well, I join'd the club as well, Just got Angie II and after a big fight trying to get them to fit I now try to get used to the sound. Coming from Th900 and T5P they sound "darker". It is all about getting used to the sound!

You will get more of the hall effect imo. I find th900 reproducing Tjajkovsky and Beethoven very well. I enjoy piano concertos on th900 for instance though in my opinion T5P mk1 are best for classical and JVC fx850 best for violin cello concertos and especially string guitar play is magical on jvc.

I completly agree with you mrtim6.  Though the bass don't hit that low as Th900. SEM1 have a sound that is fantastic and very open.  It is a true mix of Th900 and Senn's HD800. I was very close to get SEM1 instead of TH900, luckly my friend got them.  Strange it didn't get more love on head fi.

I have Nuprime HPA 9, class A headphone amp on loan. It is a bit darker so TH900 don't get to bright and the bass is as I remember it on Cavalli Liquid Carbon. I don't know if anyone have experience with the amp but after 24 hrs burn in I am more and more impressed. I find it perfect for TH900. 

  I have a friend who ordered volume knobs in 3 different wood sorts for the Amp. He can hear the difference depending on the wood sort. It won't surprise me if you hear the difference if its branded Fostex, or perhaps AppleheadMay.

Well JasonL, just got it. It is a nice looking amp, pictures don't do it justice. It is not big, why my wife favor the amp. It is not burned in,but it is not bright which I feared, bass is not muddy which is good. I am in love with the timbre presentation, can't wait to hear it after 50 hrs...
