The build quality of the E11 is very good. Not the best for noise isolation or leakage though. The Klipsch are much better in that regard. I don't currently use either but from memory the E11 are more balanced than the R6i. I recall the R6i being a bit bass heavy.

With a good source I would expect this to be a decent upgrade in sound quality but currently I am only using a Fiio M3K so I'm wondering if with a cheap source like this the upgrade would be worth it?

  Due to the output impedance of the Z being 22 Ohm officially but measured as being even higher than that by some users. For a 32 Ohm IEM you would want a max output impedance of 4 Ohm.

I've always thought you plugged line out into an amp otherwise you are double amping.
