Yes. Playing qobuz through Audirvana sounds better to me then qobuz through Roon. Just all round better SQ. Others may hear things differently but there are many similar opinions to be found in these threads. (Also Audirvana allows you to use the Goodherz crossfeed plug in if you like that...

The problem with Roon is that for all it's convenience and great user interface it doesn't sound as good as Audirvana. It is a question of priorities. I was a Roon + HQplayer user for years until I heard Audirvana.

I agree with your approach. My HD800S is back in it's box since I bought the AA Composer.

It seems to match well with dacs/amps that suit the HD800S.

I am trying mConnect. How do you get it to play gapless on the SE300? Gapless to app and gapless to renderer settings don't seem to make any difference. I have gapless turned on on the SE300.

Thanks. It took some time but eventually the SE300 appeared in the list. However after about 5 minutes it disappeared again! Also we need the app updated to allow gapless playback and also to show Qobuz not just Tidal.

How do you do it? My iPhone AK Connect app does not see the SE300. I have WiFi and AK Connect turned on. The only things shown in the library tab are my device:iPhone and Tidal. In the speaker tab the only entry is my device:iPhone.

Is it possible to get AK CONNECT on the iPhone to work with the SE300?
