Anyone tried this amp/dac with the HD800? Are there better choices with both AMP and DAC in one package? And will it be a diffrence between the Magni and the Modi I already have?

Feeling a bit underwhelmed going from my P7s to the HD800. Guess this will change over time... My first open can aswell. Not noticing a lot of diffrence yet.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but, I live in Sweden. So ordering the LCD-2's from Audeze's website can turn in to a nightmare in shipping costs. Is there any better site for me to buy from or is the Audeze website the way to go?

That's true. I just based my opinion by the price tag (beginner mistake) ;)

The thing is, I'm coming from the M50's so I thought the sound would be a huge improvement, which was not the case. I just try and try to like these because they look like a godess. I just can't get myself to like the sound.

I tried the P7s today for the third time and I still don't like the sound. I find it to be recessed in the mids and sparkly in the treble. Is this just because still need "playtime" or is the sound nothing for me? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
