Have a look at ba200. Now there are 2 versions of said IEM. 1st version has a break away extension cable, and the 2nd one has a single cable but it is still buy it still shorter than most IEMs IMO. Plus they sound fantastic.

If u are using the nexus 5 as your primary portable source, make sure to install viper4android on it. It helps with the SQ a lot. You will need to be rooted. I have the N5, and I currently use my BA200 and UE900(customs) with it. I had the stagediver2 but I sold it. I really regret it now...
