Exactly this. I bought mine from Aliexpress so I know there's no warrranty and I never asked for one, I just buy another when it breaks. However as it currently stands the quality of the product is clearly lacking, and if customers don't object to this it won't change.

I'm guessing it's a battery issue. I'm on my third M0, the last two died from a swollen and a leaking battery. The device is perfect for me but I think they are using very low quality batteries.

Which type of mmcx did you receive? Lunashops shows all 4 on their product page and I've emailed them multiple times asking which one they actually use or if I could choose. Every time they blew me off with a non answer which has put me off buying from them.

By your own post, you are asking people in this thread to convince your buyer that it's normal for ER4SR to cut out if you move your head. I guess you can get away with a lot when you have a big post count.

Mine don't cut off when I move my head and I'm sure they are not supposed to by design as you are claiming. Sounds like you sold faulty goods. I don't know why you would think others would help you fool the buyer.

It occurred to me that since Woo Audio has a dealer in Australia, perhaps you could look into arranging an authorized repairer here.   Most of Woo Audio's products are large and heavy. Shipping them internationally back to the USA is extremely cost prohibitive. If there was a local repairer...

Thank you for that, it's good to have a confirmation and some sort of workaround.   I was quoted $479 plus return shipping for the DAC upgrade. It wasn't worth it for me personally as shipping it back and forth would have cost over $300. That's $800 towards a new amp.
