Where can a customer buy replacements for the included cushions? And other cushion mfgs, are they going to make models that take advantage of the dual-depth feature in the aftermarket?

Well, the T9iE just went up a hundred bucks from $1199 to $1299 on their website. I love my T8iE's, but their warranty is crap at 1 year on high-end IEMs. I bought mine before they were so famous, and only paid $700. One side went out and I contacted A&K to get information on the repair...

On my SE100, this new latest firmware (08/02/2019) has started hanging on "Settings". Activating it, it sits for a second or two, then asks me if I want to wait or go ahead and close "Settings". It's fairly consistent. is there any logging that we can look at to see what the hang may be?
