I’ve had the same experience as just about everyone else. My HD 800 with the SDR mod are great with the A16, but any mid-tier ~$300 headphone I’ve not worked well for me.

Trust me, I get it. I would second some of the other opinions and say that I think the Omegas are the ones that I like most. I have I think four rooms I’ve purchased and that has been the one that has gotten the most use by for for me.

I do not currently have my A16 hooked up because I just went through moving this weekend and haven’t gotten around to messing with getting that all connected again, however I can tell you that on my LG CX it is showing that it is receiving an Atmos signal from my PS5 on the beta firmware.

To answer the question about getting Auro 3D to play in am Atmos room, my assumption is if you go to “Listening Rooms” in the A16 menu and set the “Loading” setting to “Only Atmos” then it should only use the Atmos room of any of your presets regardless of the decoder it’s using.

I paid for the Auro 3D upgrade and received the permissions file from James this morning to perform the upgrade. Do I follow the same instructions that I used for the DTS upgrade? James didn't send any instructions and has not responded to my question about how to actually perform the upgrade.
