I might not be able to give an accurate input as i don't own 2 of the same cables but different terminations...   It's not likely for ppl to buy AKamp as it's restricted to 300 series only... If for me i would rather purchase an used unit at 1/2 it's price...

it's the extra xmos chip which is only present in Ak240/380 which enables the native dsd playback... however factoring the difference in premium material, xmos chip and r&d, it still doesn't justify the huge difference in price. native DSD to me is a good to have but not necessary since...

the logo on the y fork is different as well as the 3.5mm jack are also different too...

the difference should be quite noticeable for old stock vs black/silverdragon but for new stock cable, I'm not so sure... will probably get myself a black dragon after my next pay credit...

Well, there are always purist around...   Minus the native DSD on AK240, AK320 will outperform AK240 in most aspect.

smart move to clear remaining stocks... while ak100ii might not sell well due to AK300, I believe the ak240 will sell rather well for a dual dac dap with native DSD playback which the more expensive ak320 doesn't... design wise still prefer ak320/380 to ak240.

yes, you are right. but best is you drop by to test them out yourself as sound is subjective to many.... most ppl will think silver cables will get the best sound but it would all depends on tuning of your piece and the sound which u are looking for....

  If you try both cables, i'm sure u will notice that silver dragon got lesser bass...   1) no idea on durability but i do agree that silver dragon is expensive.   2) imo i dun think it;s slightly better, and those whom claim that it's too warm for roxanne, i wonder if they own roxanne...
