Cp 230 feature the largest nozzle made to fit the likes of 1more triple/quad drivers as well as similar with very large diameter sound tubes. I don't think they would fit your needs.

Output related to ohm will not incrementally go up as the ohm adapter is increased above and beyond 50. It will increase power a set amount when 50ohm or above is detected. Exact numbers i believe are posted earlier in this thread.

I don't find the weight to be uncomfortable at all. I regularly wear the quads through out the day and never experience any pain or uncomfort. Must be my ears are toughened from years of inserting different iem. I do have larger than average ears, that probably helps to support the weight...

That's odd. Mine has "CUSTOM" as the last choice in the list after vocal and when selected opens to a adjustable eq. 60, 230, 910, 4k and 14K.

Custom pre set on stock player allows customization of eq. though limited to only 5 bands. Just saying.....

  They do not sit flush with the end of the nozzle, and there is some change with the sound signature. I havent listened enough to fairly say good or bad yet. I can only speak for the 230's but i imagine its the same for the other twin blades.

The 220/230/240 are all different bore sizes with the 230 has the largest and the other 2 are smaller, similar bore size with the 240 being longer overall. Within those 3 sizes you have your typical s, m, l etc. But some like the 230's are only available in limited sizes for example only Medium...
