VSONIC GR09
Man, am I glad I jumped on the Lyras rather than waiting on these. And all technical advancements and balanced cables aside, I still prefer my wife's Classics to my all-but-neglected 07Xes.- Mozu

Upcoming DAP from xDuoo - the X10!
Still selling mine. Price drop to $115 now that it's had a bit (like twenty hours max) of use on a recent trip. Nice player, but no reason to keep it around, aside from as a curiosity. https://www.head-fi.org/f/threads/xduoo-x10-nib.838581/- Mozu

VSONIC GR09
I'll fully admit, I'm a huge Vsonic fanboy, but in this case, I'm steering well clear for now. And besides, GR07s were ~$170 USD when they first released. 09s will eventually drop in price as well.- Mozu

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
Every other IEM, I can use low gain on my M1S. Lyra IIs definitely do better on medium.- Mozu

Same on both counts. You're not the only one. The former, I suspect, is some bug in the firmware randomly enabling Line Out.- Mozu

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
Yeah, sorry--Lyra II Massdrop. Not Vega. I'm sure the Vega is a jaw-dropping IEM, but I was after something softer on the top end, while still being very technically proficient. Quick post-housework update on the CB12: 95% chance this thing is a keeper. Details, separation, etc., are all...- Mozu

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
So, both my Fidue A83 and Ibasso CB12 came in today. As I'm tired as hell, I'll keep my first impressions brief. A83: Sounds like a balanced version of the stock cable. If you can live with memory wire, it's an amazing deal. But I have enough fit issues with the Lyra as is, thanks. CB12: Aside...- Mozu

Campfire Audio Vega (and Dorado and Lyra II) - Head-Fi TV
I've settled on the medium size silicon tips that came with the OEM in-ears that came with my Galaxy S3. I crap you not, I have tried some forty different pairs of tips. Praying these "comfort" Complys do the trick.- Mozu

I haven't, but I'm the odd bird that read the Vega reviews back when I deciding between the two and thought, "Mmm, no." The Massdrop just sealed the deal.- Mozu
