When I am wearing these IEMs, if the left earpiece is in my ear it will not produce sound. If I push on it gently, it starts working as if normal. But when there is negative pressure from the earpiece sealing in my earcanal, it doesn't work. This just started today and the right earpiece works...

Finally managed to get the single flange earpieces on. The biflange are quite easy in comparison. I had to turn it inside out and then was able to squeeze the stem to fit it on. thanks for the help

The smaller double flange has a larger hole, thus it is extremely easier to install. All the others, unfortunately, have a significantly smaller opening :(
