If the new pads are on the site, I'd pad roll. Fuzzy have been my favorite so far.

I have my desktop set up in my office which isn't my primary (just a laptop to Fiio K11) but my primary set up is what I call my humble audio corner. Turntable, WiiM mounted on the back, everything mounted in the cubby with everything hooked up to my Archel 3 Pro.

I gotta shout out JM for my current primary headphones that are wood.

Audio Technica makes some of the best looking wood cup headphones. The W2022 are my all time favorites.

I was listening to the Moondrop S8 before my Xuan NV came in, I was surprised at how the BA handled bass. It's super fast so some songs can sound a little bit anemic at times but others sounded great/fuller than it seemed like it should.

The Xuan NV is super comfortable balanced sound. I think if you had a large collection, it may not make sense since it won't excel in any one thing but if you wanted something that's a step up, IMO, I like it. I also haven't tried the trio though.

Tips look like Dunu S&S - very good set of tips, comparable to the Divinus Velvet or Type E just with a different fit.

Gotta catch them all!

Just swinging by, been meaning to work on a Dusk review but I've been dragging my feet on really getting impressions on all the presets. But, in the mean time, I got the Xuan NV and have been floored by how much I enjoy them. So, yeah, here's my Review in case anyone's interested.

Modular cables... I don't need more cables, either...

The 400se is damn good for the price point. I think if you're looking into getting a planar set of cans, you'd be hard pressed. It would probably also depend on what your sound preference is too since there's a lot of amazing headphones in that price range.

I tried the Fiio KA11 and while it's really good, I had a lot of issues with mine cutting out completely (no audio) even while it was powered. Ended up returning mine. YMMV but just don't get rid of the box.

I rolled with the Dunu S&S and the Final Type E, they really do clean up and respond accordingly to tip rolling. Found the Dunu S&S was more balanced but Final Type E had the better fit for me.

I just bought this case a few days ago. That modular design on the interior spoke volumes to me.

They sound very, very good. Based on IEMs that I've heard/own, I'd comfortably say that the Xuan NV feel like if the Moondrop Aria 2 (or the Kato) had a baby with the Zero Reds with the bass feeling way better/more textured than the squig really shows but otherwise being right there in tonality...

There is not enough time in the world to listen to IEMs.
