The Shure Olive foam tips worked wonders for me. I figure the Comply T-100 would do just as well. I don't really like them that much because they get dirty so fast (for me at least), but they did what they were supposed to do.

Ok, so I found the ER-4P for $231 USD in Europe! Now, I just need to know, what is the difference between it and the ER-4PT? It's an additional $177 for the latter choice on amazon.co.uk, which makes me wonder a bit.
