Hi guys! I am looking to purchase a set of NC headphones and I have narrowed my choices down to: - Bose QC25 - Beats Studio Wireless 2.0 - Sony H.ear On NC I also looked at the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless and Zik headphones but they are kinda too pricey for me. The best is to have...- KentoArsenal

PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE. Westone 4R, CK100Pro or others...
Quote: Yep. I've read that thread. From what I read, they say that the 4R is suited to all genre of music. I wont be able to get the PFE232s cheaply from my country unfortunately. I feel that the IE80s lack details in the treble department and was wondering if a switch to BA drivers would...- KentoArsenal

PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE. Westone 4R, CK100Pro or others...
I've been spending some time researching on my next IEM to buy and can't come to a decision. I am currently using the IE80 (with tape mod) and feel that it is somewhat lacking in details and the highs kinda too laid back. l have a finite budget as I am still a student of about $500. I was also...- KentoArsenal

Klipsch X10, CK90 Pro MKII, TDK BA 200, TF 10, XBA 4. Which is the best?
Well, my CK90Pros arrived yesterday and I've gotta say they are pretty good. However I disagree with you about their cables. Their cables are really thin and the BQ feels and looks cheap even though its an IEM that costs about $280 at retail price. Compared to my ER4P which I sold recently, the...- KentoArsenal

Klipsch X10, CK90 Pro MKII, TDK BA 200, TF 10, XBA 4. Which is the best?
I'm thinking of getting a new IEM and need advice on which to get. I currently own the ER4P but do not like due to the lack of bass. And no, I'm not thinking of getting an amp for the etymotics as carrying an amp would be a hassle. Currently, I'm leaning towards the CK90 Pros or the XBA 4s.- KentoArsenal

Replacement earphones for ER4P
Quote: Thanks for the quick response. However, the earphones you suggested above are really cheap (?) compared to the original price of the earphones I'm looking at. I've tried out the Klipsch X10 before and I was pretty satisfied with it. Reviews online were also quite favorable. Have...- KentoArsenal

Replacement earphones for ER4P
Do any of you guys know a good replacement earphones for the ER4P? I like the balanced sound of them but I still think that they are kinda lacking in the bass department. Disappointed by the Beyerdynamic T50P
Quote: Yup. But what I am trying to say is that it already fits me nicely. So the seal should be good. I've learned the importance of getting a good seal when I bought my ER4P long ago.- KentoArsenal

Okay. After 40 hours of burn in the problem is somehow getting fixed. Maybe it's just me getting use to the sound though.- KentoArsenal

Yeah but since I don't want to purchase an amp, the DT1350 would not work directly from the iPhone I suppose.- KentoArsenal

Disappointed by the Beyerdynamic T50P
My T50p came in from amazon yesterday and I have about only 15 hours of burn in and I am quite disappointed. Especially in terms of sound quality. The treble and build quality is fantastic but the mids sounds weird(?) to me. It doesn't sound as natural as the ER4P I also have and my ears get...- KentoArsenal

Amp for Etymotic ER4P
I heard Fiio is rubbish as it hisses while using. If I can get the resistor cheap, I'll get the cmoybb. If not, I'll get the pa2v2. But other threads states that pa2v2 is better. So now I'm confused.- KentoArsenal

Amp for Etymotic ER4P
Hi guys! I am new here! I am thinking of getting an amp for my er4p. I can't decide on either getting cmoybb from jds labs or pa2v2 from Gary. I've done some research and founded out that pa2v2 is cheaper and better (?) than cmoybb. I'm still a stundent and my budget is around US$100. Do I have...- KentoArsenal
