Currently I LOVE my IE8's for they're punchy bass and spacious sound but I'm wondering if bass tune is a huge difference can you please explain what the features of each setting are for example   1st setting:Less Bass,More Airy Sound Bigger/Smaller Soundstage,Punchier Bass?

Would the SRH840 be able to compare to headphones like Bose QC15?

I just bought the Ie8 and turned ti to the same bass amount but one of the sides plays alot more quiter than the other and both on the most bass tuning i can only feel one side.. anyone know whats wrong? maybe burn in helps?
