Bowers & Wilkins P7 - over the ear headphones
Can anyone recommend a nice small tube amplifier that would match well with the P7s? I find myself missing sometimes some color in the sound:) I was looking at Schiit Vali 2 and Hifiman EFA2.- vdgraaf

Oppo PM3 vs Bowers & Wilkins P7
First at all, I am not versed well into describing the sound characteristics, but I love a wide open soundstage and a nice punchy bass:) I have tried quite few headphones lately to be used at work: over 4h of usage daily mostly from 24bit/96khz portable source(Xduoo X3 player- no external...- vdgraaf

Oppo PM3 vs RBH Hp-2
Somehow I end up decided to buy of those, but no idea which one:) The PM3 is a bit more expensive but beside that I wonder if the sound stage is wide enough: I did not like the Bayerdynamic DT 770 because of that.. I have not read much about RBH HP-2, but whatever reviews I could find call...- vdgraaf

Closed headphones around or under $200 for audiophille
I listed almost exclusively to 24bit/96khz music and I would like to upgrade from my current Bayerdinamic T51p cans. There are amazing headphones but I think I would like more soundstage, openness. My usage is mostly at the office, so comfort is a must as well: more than 5h listening per...- vdgraaf

HM-601 synergy with Westone 3
My current portable setup is working very nice: Sansa Fuze Rockboxed +Westone 3....BUT I thought is time to get myself an upgrade and Hifiman seems to be a very good choice. I don't really use any of the extra features that HM-602 has, so HM-601 seems to be a perfect fit for my needs and...- vdgraaf

Audiophile music player
I am on a quest to get a good audiophile player: I play only APE and FLAC files. Sound quality is crucial, so the newly realized HiFiman 801 is on my alley, but not at $650USD! That is a price I am not willing to pay The AMP3 was considered as well, but their hissing problems made it a...- vdgraaf
