Yes, the Musician does sound better running balanced out! I've tried it both ways. BTW, I have gone full on looney and ordered a Holo May KTE R2R dac. So at some point I'll give a comparison (long lead times on shipping dac).

While the customer experience these folx had was not great, and I think they were justified in calling it out, these guys are pretty much Denafrips fanboys, so I thought they came down on them kind of hard. I would love it if they gave it a listen and reported back on that.

My Shield Android TV also supports LDAC. Generally if a device has Bluetooth 4.0 and is Android 9 and above will support LDAC. Many budget tablets don't have Android 9.

Pretty much all Android devices using Android 9 or 10 support LDAC out of the box. My Pixel phones all do and my Pixel C (Android 9) does as well.

Exciting! I love my ES100. But one of the things that I like the best is Radsone's proprietary EQ that is some of the best EQ I have heard anywhere.
