Doing some research. What would you say are the genres the MS2 handles best, and which do the HD-595s handle best?

I have the tiny fiio2 pocket amp, which I've grown pretty attached to I'll look into both of those. Thanks for you help!

Hello all, I'd love to get some feedback on everyone's favorite open-back can that runs from $100-$200. I don't have too much money right now. I use a pair of Ultrasone HFI-780s in public and on campus, but want something open back for home use. Any suggestions are welcome! -Gardner

The title really says it all. I just need feedback from head-fiers who have used both. Portability is key (as I'm generally wearing headphones walking around campus or studying in coffee shops/libraries) and I'll be using these primarily with an ipod. Help!

Thanks for the Denon suggestion. I think they might be a little to big though. After researching more this afternoon I've been really interested in the Ultrasone HFI 780s, for the close impedance match with the ipod and for its $200 price tag. Anyone absolutely hate these headphones for some reason?
