The Fiio M11 plus is not a bad DAP I thought? it cost more than enough.

If the problem was in the SD card wouldn't be possible to repeat the problem? After the drop out occurs I rewind to before the thing happened and it's not there any more! The Firmware version 1.1.1 cannot be fully downloaded, neither from the website nor can it be downloaded directly into my M11!

I am experiencing a slight stutter at the beginning of some files, it doesn't happen with the same files, it's purely random. I listen via the spdif out. It's all alac files on 2 x 512 Gb Sandisk cards. What could it be?

I have 2 new Micro SD card coming, can the M11 format them or do I have to format them on the computer before inserting them in the M11? Also do they have to be formatted in Fat32 or Exfat?

I have it too, but it's not a problem (so far) I do however have my brightness settings a lot lower than in the picture.

I'm using the iBasso DX120

I am using a coax cable that has the 3.5 into the DX120 and on the other side is a standard coax connector...but at the moment I can't recall where I got it from...

No, definitely not! Since it's all good now that I have returned to firmware version 2.4.59

i had to revert back to 2.4.59 because I have all the titles of my albums with in front of the title the year of release, and after scanning the cards twice even after going through the whole reinstalling the latest firmware twice it still changed all the albums titles, removed the release years...

I am using my second DX120 and again just like with the first one the screen freezes frequently, when I press pause and play it continues half way into the next track...so I agree that there is still room for improvement in the firmware...will there ever be an updated firmware???

Mephisto26, I don't know where in Europe you are located, but I just bought a Samsung quick charger over here in Holland that does the job. Also I have not heard any clicking sounds between songs, but my gapless is always on.

I am using the Fiio X5 (not ii!) because the iBasso broke down (they are sending me a new one) I use both with an Meier Symphony amp via coax out. First things I noticed when returning to my old X5 is the prolonged battery life, second I noticed the much faster scan of the 2 cards in the X5...

Both options do not apply since the DX120 doesn't power up, and is not recognised by my computer.
