You could have an underlying medical problem. I was recently diagnosed with Graves' disease and I think I've gotten only two full-night's of sleep in the last month. I can only usually get a full nights sleep when I pop a few Nytol. Even then it's hit and miss.

Sounds like your talking about Big Band... I'd check out anything by The Count Basie Orchestra. That band has always had one of, if not *the*, tightest rhythm sections in Big Band.
