My DT880s are killing my head!!!!!
Have you tried bending the headband to give you more pressure? I assume that it'd work the same as bending a Grado. When I had my Beyer, I did that to bring the music forward... my head is plenty big though.- zancxia

Can someone with a nano and 701 please show me a picture of that setup. Maybe we can play a game of cups with the nano when you're done. Which cup in the nano in! Edit: Sorry for the bump.- zancxia

How much money have you spent on headphones in total?

Where to go to buy Designer Jeans?
I usually try to get away with buying 2 or 3 pairs of jeans a year, with $20 as a max per jean. Then I try to wear them for 3 to 4 years. Thrifty. I've never purchased a suit in my life... if I had to, I'd probably go to Good Will just to see what I could get before moving up the chain. Pay...- zancxia

Basshead. iM616 vs ER6 vs UE 3
I just picked up the Super.fi 5 EB on eBay new for $120 (with insurance)... You can also find it cheaper than that in the sale forums... Of course, I understand budgets, so maybe that is even too much; still, from what I've read, the EBs are probably the only IEM that is going to satisfy you...- zancxia

I mainly just chose those 'phones based on bass and fun-factor. They probably aren't what you are looking for though. Or maybe they are...- zancxia

I'm sure the other members will recommend that you use the search feature, but I've never really contributed (in other words, I don't really know): Beyerdynamic DT770 Ultimate Ears Super.fi EB These probably wont 'surround' you though...- zancxia

I tried to go with the affordable, fashionable (matter of preference) route, and picked this up for $62. It came in a pretty nice metal tin too... I was surprised. It came flat though (band not pre-curled), so I had to break it in. Always with the break-in isn't it? Oh, and it does...- zancxia

shure e2c cutting out problem.
Yep, the E2Cs are prone to wire issues. Mine had this problem, but I didn't know that I was still covered by the warranty, so I never got it repaired. I created my own solution--it isn't pretty, but I bent the cord near the 'plug', took some electrical tape, and wrapped it around to keep the...- zancxia

Corda Aria Issue
Thanks for the advice, everyone. I was referring to the volume knob on the Aria--sorry, I didn't specify. Since my aria was installed as a "USB Audio Device," my only windows volume options are "Speaker" and "Wave" (I'll take a screen shot when I get home from work, but I've put them both to...- zancxia

Corda Aria Issue
I guess I have it working now... instead of installing as a USB Audio Driver, it is now a "USB Audio Device" I have to turn the volume up nearly all the way to get to my preferred listening zone... is that normal? I normalize my tracks at 96%.- zancxia
