Help me to choose a used DAP.
I think the A & K's at $400 range is a steal. It's the build quality as well as the sound that make these a jewell. Sound quality, it is extremely neutral and will not wash or color a recording or hide its flaws. But you can adjust the EQ as needed. As you know I do have an AK120ii forsale -...- Morphious

That is how much I paid for mine from Beach as well. I Highly recommended the 120II over any other DAP I have ever heard to date. Also I picked up the Pelican 1030 case which the 120 fits in snugly, while allowing enough room for phone, cables, airline adapter and power plug. The perfect travel...- Morphious

Brand Spanking New A&K AK120II and AK100II
ok, about to go traveling with my AK120II. Want to get a Pelican case for it. What size do you think would be the best for holing the AK120 II, as well as earbuds, very small charger and usb cable? The 1020 case looks a little big, do you think a 1015 micro case will work?- Morphious

Why would 24 bit / 192 khz flac sound any better than 16 bit / 44.1 khz flac if both are lossless (if at all)?
While doing research on Lossless, I downloaded 2 dozen albums and MQS files from LINN and others. I also have a program called Similarity App. In this application you can run an Analysis of a files to see lots of information about the audio track. Most of the files barely had any peaks in the...- Morphious

I Really like the Sony MDR-Z7, seem to be priced right, the frequency response of 3hz to 100Khz will make the neighbors dog insane!!!! But how well will they travel and sound.... The speaker seems to be huge in these as well. Looking forward to hearing them!- Morphious
