Can't really compare it since what I have is the 2.5mm cable. I can't compare it on SE because I always use the balanced output of my dap- Ang Probinsyano

I'm using the 2.5mm version cable and it fits well. Well, to avoid damaging it, I'll just use an adapter just to be sure. Is there a way to improve the sound stage on 8s? Currently using red-grey-gold and stock tips.- Ang Probinsyano

@Flcforrestwei Can I use a 0.78mm 2 pin cable on FLC8s? I'm using right now the FLC's upgrade cable bought from penonaudio. Thinking of getting a 4.4mm balanced cable.- Ang Probinsyano

I'm not sure if it's really the DAC or the stock player that converts dsd into pcm. I use hiby app and it's not converting dsd into pcm based on the screen output. Not good UI though.- Ang Probinsyano

I don't find the stock filters of FLC 8s to be sibilant. Must be your ears too sensitive. What I don't like is its sound stage, not that wide.- Ang Probinsyano

Well, I'm a mid/treble guy. So a quality bass would just be fine for me. Read the review of brooko about the big dipper, but I'm waiting if it will be included on crinacle's ranking. Eyeing now for Noble Sage. I'm already happy with the 8s. But if they will make an all BA iem with a fix...- Ang Probinsyano

I would go for 300r in terms of portable use because it's smaller than the teac. No idea on sq and price of teac. If you want a portable android dap then get the 300r. If you want a dap/dac/amp, teac. I'm planning to get a teac in the future to use it as dac/amp for my 300r.- Ang Probinsyano
